Main duties of the job
Your role would involve ensuring all students are receiving quality support is crucial to ensuring an excellent learning experience for pre-registration nursing and allied health professionals' students and to increase the recruitment and retention of student post qualifying. We aim for every student to have an outstanding learning experience and be proud of their achievements during their placement at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BHFT).
The post holder will fulfil a key role in supporting students to ensure they are well-equipped for placements and provide administration support the Learning Environment team.
The work will involve liaison with a range of clinical areas and placement leads on matters relating to student placements to ensure areas are supporting learners.
