Job summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Temporary Staffing Team. Temporary Staffing includes any staff that do not hold a substantive contract with the Trust or staff working outside of their substantive contracted hours. This can be through additional work, ad hoc shifts, or on a longer-term placement.
The Temporary Staffing Team oversees the delivery and performance of the Bank contract with NHSP, and our agency suppliers.
This exciting opportunity offer hybrid working model which includes agile/home working.
Main duties of the job
You would be the first point of contact for our bank provider, NHS Professionals (NHSP), and to engage, communicate and work closely with line managers and staff members across all divisions and staff groups, signposting and responding on a variety of aspects of temporary staffing.
You would be responsibility for collating and analysing daily unfilled shift and NHS Reservist reports, working collaboratively with NHSP to ensure safe staffing levels are achieved, escalating as appropriate any unmitigated risks.
