An exciting opportunity has arisen to join WHH as a Clinical Educator within our multi-professional Clinical Education Team.Our team plays a key role in delivering high-quality training in intravenous therapy, a wide range of clinical skills, preceptorship, and clinical induction, while also supporting positive learning environments across the organisation. It would be advantageous if you have experience in presenting and designing, implementing and evaluating education programmes.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the planning and implementation of programmes of education and training to meet identified needs.
Provide support in the design and delivery of competency based clinical skills training for all clinical staff and learners.
Provide advice in clinical practice, collaborate and cooperate with other healthcare professionals to ensure up-to-date evidence based practice.
Support clinical staff in practice to perform comprehensive assessment of patient nursing needs, plan, implement and evaluate care delivery according to changing healthcare needs and varying levels of complexity.
Work collaboratively and co-operatively with the multidisciplinary team to develop services and quality care delivery.
