Patient Flow Nurse (Band 6)

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse to join the Patient Flow Team based on the Warrington site.

The position is part time for 31.25 hours per week

This is a challenging role within the established team, focussing on all aspects of patient flow and is open to existing Band 6 staff and Band 5 staff as part of a developmental role .

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a Patient Flow Nurse to ensure the placement of patients"right-bed, right-patient"

The successful candidate will ensure that all patients are placed appropriately, working with all disciplines to facilitate discharge and ensure patient flow through the emergency pathway.
