Intensive Care Staff Nurse

Job summary

We are seeking a motivated andcompassionate Staff Nurse to join our dedicated Intensive Care team. As a Staff Nurse in ICU, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. Main duties of the job

As a Staff Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, your primary duties will involve delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to critically ill individuals. You will monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, administer medications and therapies in line with care plans, and operate advanced medical equipment. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to clinical protocols. Additionally, you will provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and engage in ongoing professional development to uphold the highest standards of critical care nursing.
