Main duties of the job

Within this rotational role you will be expected to work as an autonomous therapist and use your skills in the assessment and treatment of your own caseload of patients in a ward environment, outpatient setting or in community areas such as patients homes. Some of our teams offer a weekend working rota which you will be expected to contribute to in-line with delivering seven-day services.

About us

Our teams are lively, friendly, dynamic and are keen to offer the best possible service to our patients. This role would be an excellent opportunity for qualified Physiotherapists looking to gain experience in a variety of core clinical areas. We offer preceptorship support and training opportunities to enable you to develop your career. As a Therapy service, we are big enough to provide you with varied experience and small enough to care.

Our Trust is rated as Good by the CQC and on a journey to becoming Outstanding for our patients, our communities and each other. As a Trust we hold an annual awards event to recognise excellence within the Trust, as well as providing staff benefits such as childcare vouchers, car salary sacrifice schemes and discounts to nearby facilities and events. We have excellent travel links to nearby motorways and are easily accessible from Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding areas within Cheshire.

Hours: The working hours for this post will be 37.5 hours - over 5 working days which, on some rotations, will include Saturday and Sunday working.
