The service model is focussed on children, families and people living with long-term conditions. Providers, including NHS organisations, the council, education providers and the third sector (including voluntary and community organisations) will come together to deliver multiple integrated services including:

Community paediatrics

Community midwifery

Mental health support, including specialist perinatal care

Pain management

Education sessions, including 14-19 years and adult courses

Main duties of the job

The WELL Runcorn general manager will be the lead in co-ordinating and facilitating integrated health, care, wellbeing and education services across multiple provider organisations. You will provide day-to-day management of the hub, supporting teams delivering services from the building to ensure the smooth, safe and effective delivery of those services. The role will work closely with Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, who will act as the lead tenant for the building. The role will also work closely with other public sector and third sector organisations to maximise health and wellbeing outcomes for the people of Halton. An integral part of this role will be to ensure the safe and efficient running of the Hub, along with continued customer satisfaction and full utilization of services and space.
