Main duties of the job

The Purchasing Team Leader is responsible for all Procurement Assistant's in the planning, organisation, management, and delivery of the purchasing service so that the department provides an efficient, effective, and responsive service maximising best value for money.

This role will also ensure that the procurement service complies with all relevant procurement legislation, Standing Financial (SFI's), Standing Orders (SO's), Scheme of Delegation (SoRD) and trust policies.
