Job summary
This is an
exciting opportunity to join our team at Halton Pre op department. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Band
4 Nursing Associate to work within the Pre op unit.
We aim to create and maintain an
environment in which all members of the ward /department team can contribute to
the maximum.
This includes assisting the Band 6 nurses with
patient outcomes, investigation results and patient triage. Taking patient
history is also an integral part of the role.
The
successful candidate would ideally have some experience within a surgical
setting

holder will work clinically as a valued member of the Team and ensure a
positive patient experience through the delivery of high standards of patient

clinical procedures, protocols, and practice to ensure the effective delivery

care with minimal supervision and delegate work appropriately to other members
of the ward team.
To identify and initiate processes and
procedures for the effective management of housekeeping and administration
duties.
