Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic experienced Business Support Administrator within the Enhanced Reconnect team, which forms part of the Integrated Non-Custodial Service (IN-CS).
The Enhanced Reconnect (ER) service aims to helpprison leaverswithcomplex health needs, who are rated by the probation service as beinghigh or very high risk of serious harm to others.
We work with individualsresettling into the south westfromsix months priorto their release from prison, and up totwelve months afterwards.
We aim to ensurecontinuity of careduring the individualstransition to community-based healthcare and support services, alongside providingdirect support(e.g.psychological interventions) to individuals.
We are apsychology-led service, and our Devon Partnership NHS Trust team covers a geographical patch that spans across theentire south west(Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire, and Gloucestershire). Our central office is based in Exeter and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements based on business requirements
Main duties of the job
Working within the IN-CS service, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Enhanced Reconnect team which will include but is not limited to data entry, processing referrals, supporting clinicians, accurate minute taking and distribution thereof, diary management, procurement, frequently inputting sensitive data of the service users onto the patient records system, managing inboxes, supporting the team managers. Providing administrative support to the other teams within the service could also be requested from time to time
