Job summary
We are seeking
a Band 3 Business Support Administrator within our innovative and supportive
Clinical Health Psychology & Neuropsychology Service, serving the Royal
Devon Universities HealthCare NHS Trust, based at Church Lane. Our trained
Clinical Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, Assistant Psychologists are often
based in inpatient rehabilitation centres, multi-disciplinary medical teams, or
in community services.
This is a full
time, maternity leave cover, fixed term contract role, covering 37.5 hours per
week (1 WTE) for 9 months. Interviews will take place on 19th March.
Main duties of the job
The
post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team.
There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated,
flexible and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills. The work is
varied, supporting clinicians, patients who contact the service, booking
appointments and managing a complex referral system. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential. One
day a week our team covers the Church Lane building reception.
Main
duties:
- Uploading to patient records
- Managing patient waiting lists
- Reception cover for the building
- Providing administration support to the
CHPN clinical team and Senior management
- Inbound and Outbound telephone contact
with patients and Healthcare Professionals
- Mailbox management
- Completing administration tasks through
the EPR
- Managing Post (sending, receiving and
scanning)
- Minute taking for service meetings and
MDT meetings
