Workforce Business Administrator

Job summary

We are delighted to be recruiting a Workforce Business Administrator (Band 4). This role is offered on a fixed-term basis (6 months) and is a part-time opportunity (0.8WTE).

This role will support collating data and information relating to Workforce for governance reports, assisting Managers with progressing recruitment activity including scheduling and coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining various databases.

We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and administration skills.The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes.

The post holder can expect support and guidance from a supportive team.

Main duties of the job

  • Maintaining databases
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines.
  • Organise, schedule and oversee recruitment pipelines.
  • Support governance reporting and assist in the production of various workforce reports.
  • Maintain excellent communication, written and verbal, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex information and to provide information and guidance on complicated administrative processes.
  • Arrange meetings and ensure information is shared with the rest of the Directorate.
  • Coordinate and liaise with a network of contacts within the Trust, including HR, Recruitment, Workforce teams, managers, data and analytics.
