Job summary
To provide a comprehensive administration support to a team across the full range of commissioned services Secure Care, CAMHS Tier 4, Perinatal and Adult Eating Disorders. There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational and secretarial skills. Tasks will include meeting organisation; comprehensive minute taking; responsibility for keeping key regional and national databases updated; use of and updating regional bed management systems and checking that the day to day data is correct and up-to-date.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have word processing skills and computer literacy and will be required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Information Technology. The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. The post holder may be expected to line manage others.
The post holder will be expected to work without direct supervision and manage their own workload.
