Business Administrator support to Coombehaven, Delderfield and Juniper Wards. (30 hours)
Business Administrator support to Exeter, East and Mid Devon Home Treatment Teams. (30 hours)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent IT, communication, organisational and management skills. We welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
Main duties of the job
The post-holders role will be to work in partnership with the Team Managers, as the senior administrator in the team ensuring high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service-users. The Business Administrator will lead the administrative team to ensure effective, service-user focussed, administration systems are in place and support the clinical manager with administrative and reporting tasks enabling the manager to focus on clinical work and team leadership.
You will often work under pressure and sometimes without direct supervision, so we are looking for someone who is confident to take on new challenges and able to adapt to change. You will need to the ability to prioritise tasks, and manage your own workload, providing support for your colleagues where required.
