Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join our team at the The West of England Specialist Gender Identity Clinic. This important role supports the smooth running of the service by providing high-quality administrative and business support to both clinical and operational teams. You will play a key part in ensuring patients receive a responsive and compassionate service, while maintaining accurate systems and supporting service delivery.
Main duties of the job
Provide a welcoming, professional, and inclusive front-of-house service to all patients, visitors, and staff
Act as the first point of contact for all face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries, ensuring queries are handled sensitively and efficiently.
Handle and process incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
Support the processing of referrals.
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure queries are responded to or escalated appropriately.
