Main duties of the job
As HR Manager, you will be the go-to expert for complex employee relations matters and people management issues.A central part of your role will be developing and empowering line managers, equipping them with the skills and confidence to handle people issues effectively and independently.
You will lead and support a team of Senior HR Advisors, overseeing the delivery of a consistent, robust, and high-quality service across the organisation. This is a key leadership role within the People Directorate, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our HR policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
