We are looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in Organisational Development or Learning and Development within a complex organisation.

Can confidently design and deliver a range of OD solutions, from leadership programmes to organisational design workshops.

Brings strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Is passionate about people development and creating healthy, respectful workplace cultures.

Thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking team and is committed to continuous learning and development.
Main duties of the job
As an Organisational Development Practitioner, you will:

Support the OD Manager in the design and delivery of impactful leadership and development programmes that build compassionate leadership capacity across the organisation.

Lead and support OD interventions to help teams navigate change, improve performance, and enhance team dynamics.

Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the Trust, using your exceptional communication skills to build relationships and influence outcomes.

Act as a coach and mentor as part of our growing coaching and mentoring network.

Promote and embed psychological safety, inclusivity, and restorative practice into your work with teams and individuals.
This is a flexible role that includes home-based working and regular travel to sites across beautiful Devon for in-person programme delivery.
