Were offering an exciting 12-month fixed term / secondment to cover maternity leave within our DAANA (Devon Adult Autism and ADHD service) team.
Based at Forde House in Exeter, this role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.

- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other standard IT systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Main duties of the job
What you will be doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the DAANA team.
- Supporting with data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Handling correspondence, managing diaries, and organising meetings.
- Assisting with the coordination of service delivery and liaising with internal departments and external partners.
