We're looking for a Training Delivery Administration Lead to play a vital role in driving the success of our Training Delivery Team.
You'll provide high-quality administrative support while leading and developing our Training Delivery Administration Team. You'll coordinate training across the Trust, ensuring processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and data is accurate and meaningful. From supporting our Learning Management System (DEVELOP) to handling enquiries and supporting staff, you'll help keep everything on track.
We're seeking someone with outstanding organisational skills, the confidence to work independently, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands, always keeping the team's goals in focus.

Main duties of the job
You'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training across the Trust. You will lead and support the Training Delivery Administration Team, managing workloads, overseeing quality, and continually improving processes to meet organisational needs.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating training events and programmes, supporting the CPD Bursary and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) processes, managing team resources, and ensuring deadlines are met. You'll provide guidance and excellent customer service to staff, managers, and external partners such as training providers and venues, while also representing the team in meetings and maintaining strong working relationships across the organisation.
You'll manage key systems including our Learning Management System (DEVELOP), ESR and HealthRoster, and will compile reports and analyse data to monitor training activity and performance. The role also involves financial and HR responsibilities, such as processing invoices, approving rosters and expenses, supervising staff, supporting recruitment, and leading team development.

- Regularly communicate with outside agencies such as training providers and venues
- Manage the team mailboxes, responding to requests for information, allocating work to the team and ensuring processes are recorded and communicated as required.
- Ensure information is shared with the team and the rest of department.
- To represent the team at other meetings when required.
- Maintain effective communication channels and working relationships with a number of other corporate teams and workforce colleagues.
- Support trainers with practical aspects of training delivery including basic technical issues and advice.

The post holder will be expected to:
