Job summary
We are looking for Full Time Business Support Administrators to join the TALKWORKS East and Mid Devon Teams based in Exeter and Tiverton
The TALKWORKS Service offer psychological therapies across Devon.
The admin team manage a high number of telephone and online referrals into the service. They also handle general queries and provide administrative support for a large team of psychological therapists and wellbeing practitioners. This can be a demanding and rewarding role for someone who is passionate about patient care and is diligent and hard-working.
Main duties of the job
The main duties for the Business Support Administrator are processing the large amount of telephone and online self referrals received by TALKWORKS daily: dealing with high volumes of calls in a sympathetic and calm manner, booking initial appointments on our electronic patient record system IAPTus, processing appointment letters and providing general admin support to the Therapists within the team.
