Job summary

The post holder will be responsible for providing project management and co-ordination for a portfolio of projects/reporting aligned to the delivery of service strategies and developments.

The role provides this for both DAANA (Devon Adult Autism & ADHD Service) and DAAIT (Devon Adult Autism Interventions Team).

DAANA provides assessment to adults for Autism, and assessment and treatment for ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Whilst DAAIT provides time limited intervention to autistic adults/those working with them in line with referral criteria

The post holder will be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, including liaising with senior clinical and operational staff, Trust directors and senior managers.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have the following key areas of responsibility:

-To work as part of the DAANA/DAAIT services in conjunction with key leads, and other stakeholders, including those who use the services, to provide support in the delivery of significant developments, improvements and expansions within the adult neurodiversity services.

-To provide expertise and project management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a range of systems and resources utilised by these services, supporting service to achieve key performance indicators.

-To design and implement ways of working that enables the leaders/managers to make better use of information, helping to streamline provision and use of information within decision making, in conjunction with local data analyst.

-Take responsibility for managing/leading projects or specified workstreams that support wider transformation within the services
