As an HR Apprentice (Training & Education), you'll play a key role in supporting our People & Organisational Development team, contributing to our mission of great care and great outcomes for staff, service users, and carers.

Main duties of the job
As part of our Training & Education team, you will:
- Support the delivery of a high-quality training and induction service across the Trust
- Help maintain and update staff records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures
- Provide initial support to staff and managers, escalating queries appropriately
- Coordinate training events, prepare resources, and manage event logistics
- Support meetings such as Mandatory Training Oversight Groups
- Help gather and collate feedback to improve training quality and outcomes
- Contribute to exciting HR projects, including new technologies and induction improvements
- Gain hands-on experience that develops your confidence and capability
We are looking for someone with thewillingness to learn and complete the CIPD Level 3 qualification, has enthusiasm for developing a career in HR, has strong organisational skills and attention to detail, has good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively and understanding of confidentiality
