Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust provides acute wards for adults of working age, as well as psychiatric intensive care services. The unit offers care and treatment for patients who are experiencing an intense period of mental distress and are very unwell.
Role Requirements The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing control room duties and will confidently interact with a wide range of individuals, including:
- Relatives and carer's
- Professionals from partner agencies
- Service users
- Other key stakeholder
Main duties of the job
handing out keys and alarms, phones to all staff starting shifts.
managing visitors and interacting with both ward teams using radios.
checking ID's
logging maintenance/cleaning calls
scanning documents
health, safety and security responsibility.
