Job summary
The Organisational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for the OD function across the Trust, including planning, design, delivery, and evaluation of bespoke OD programmes or projects as identified in collaboration with the Trust's senior leadership team.
They will work cross functionally and closely with key stakeholders to provide expert OD advice, support, and constructively challenge to ensure the achievement of the organisational vision to be truly Great Together.
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Associate Director for OD and Talent, the post holder will work collaboratively with peers and colleagues within the wider OD and Talent team to model a well-functioning and high performing team, ensuring close links with workstreams under belonging and inclusion, leadership and talent, and engagement and wellbeing. The post holder will work closely with Human Resources Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and People Services teams, supporting Trust-wide organisational change priorities in service of the Trust's staff, service users and their carers.
