- be registered as a Nursing Associate with NMC
- have NHS experience
We are seeking a Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate who would like to start their career on an inpatient unit or would like a fresh challenge working in an acute setting.

You must be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register and have at least a Level 5 Foundation degree level specific to nursing associate practice.
Previous experience of working in a care setting would be an advantage, as would an interest in mental health.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality nursing care, building therapeutic relationships, and supporting service users to achieve their goals. You will work as part of a skilled and supportive multi-disciplinary team, where your ideas, professional growth and wellbeing are valued.
Main duties of the job
On a day-to-day basis, the role involves working with registered nurses and the wider multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, organise and deliver clinical care in line with service needs and service-users' mental and physical health needs, as agreed with supervising clinicians. Working hours would involve shifts, including some nights, weekends and bank holidays.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and act in a calm and sensible manner. They will also need an understanding of relational security and be prepared to model and promote the Trust's values at all times.
