You will provide a range of duties ensuring that the Colonnades Reception runs smoothly and efficiently. Applicants must demonstrate excellent ITskills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as a willingness to learn.The Site is operational between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and you will be required to work on a weekly shift rotation basis(8:00am - 4:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm).
If successful, you will be able to show your ability to work in a challenging and interesting environment and possess outstanding interpersonal andcommunication skills. You will need to have a professional manner and be computer literate. The role will be physically demanding therefore, astrong emphasis will be on moving and handling to assist in setting up the Learning & Development Centre for the following working day. AUniform will be supplied.
Main duties of the job
