You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and person-centered care to individuals experiencing early psychosis. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality interventions that promote, hope, recovery, resilience, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating services to ensure that each individual receives the support they need to achieve their goals.

Main duties of the job
