Job summary

This is a key role in the Talking Therapies and Essex Learning Disabilities (LD) services of the Trust, but not limited to. The role provides support to the Data Quality Lead and Contracts and Performance Manager. The role will aid in the development of and reporting of all of the Talking Therapies and Essex LD performance targets from team level to Senior Managers and providing support to the teams in meeting these targets.

You will be required to work across Talking Therapies and Essex Learning Disabilities (LD) services within HPFT to develop and provide information and information reports to support the achievement of targets and apply understanding of data quality to ensure information is correct.

You will require excellent analytical skills with experience of complex datasets, forecasting and reporting of organisational performance to Senior Managers. You will be expected to be highly numerate and have excellent communication skills.

Main duties of the job

  • To analyse, develop, interpret, and present performance information to a high standard, and support the services in promoting the use and understanding of information provided.
  • To support operational teams with the delivery of performance targets.
  • To monitor performance against service targets and give appropriate feedback.
  • To support the management and achievement of waiting time targets across the Trust.
  • To assist with the development and delivery of training for operational teams around the achievement of KPI targets.
  • To support the development and maintenance of the performance management framework involving high level skills in Microsoft Excel and other information systems as necessary.
  • High level analysis of data and interpretation of trends etc. Ability to reflect this graphically.
  • To support the development of systems, improving and adapting existing reports and designing reports for use by Trust staff.
  • Support the implementation of new performance management systems and communication with staff.
  • Work closely with the IM&T team in the development of performance management report writing.
