We are currently seeking experienced Administrators with various skills and abilities to join our Bank Bureau within the Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, to work on a Bank Contract. Supporting our existing Administrative staff, wards, service users and community teams across Hertfordshire.We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and work to high personal standards, paying attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality. Ideally you will be someone who likes to work in an environment and can readily adapt to changing work priorities, ability to multi-task and work flexibly and professional with both external clients and service users.Previous experience within Administration is essential in addition to a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

We currently have roles available and we encourage Bank staff into permanent positions where possible.

Main duties of the job

Duties and Responsibilities:? Provide a robust service for reception cover. To carry out clerical duties, arrange and co-ordinate room bookings for clinics and other meetings.? Meet and greet both service users and other members of the public, offering an efficient and caring service and signposting people to the relevant teams/departments.? Type confidential documents, file, photocopy, archive and carry out all general administrative tasks.? Undertake all work that is allocated and prioritised in order to meet deadlines.? Input information and reports to the Paris database as requested by the team members.? Make and process enquiries on behalf of members of the team, exercising judgement, to ensure that all relevant information reaches the appropriate individual(s) at the earliest opportunity in a confidential and discreet manner? Provide a point of reference for the team.? Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and events as requested by team members including liaison with all other agencies involved.? Take notes at meetings as requested.? Deal with inquiries as appropriate from service users, relatives, other agencies, to ensure the maintenance of satisfactory relationships and direct enquiries to appropriate persons.
