Job summary

The Hertfordshire Forensics Services are looking for a compassionate, organised and enthusiastic Service Co-ordinator to oversee and support our administrative functions across Warren Court, Beech Unit, 4 Bowlers Green and the Community Forensic Team.
At Hertfordshire Forensics Services we provide support for people with a mental illness or a learning disability who are at risk of offending.
Main duties of the job
As our new Service Coordinator, you will be welcomed into a safe and supportive staff team, who empower and encourage one another in being the best version of ourselves for the benefit of those we care for.
You will work with our E-Roster system to ensure there is cover across our Warren Court control room. You will provide supervision, pdps and informal support to our administrators across the services. You will work to ensure our staff are adhering to relational, physical and procedural security. You will jointly work with our Estates colleagues to alert them to current issues and plan their input to resolve such problems while keeping visitors, staff and service users in our forensic services safe.
