Dove Ward, Kingfisher Court is a 14 bedded Assessment and Treatment Unit for people with Learning Disabilities and is looking for caring and compassionate Nurses to come and join our team.
As our new Charge nurse, you will be welcomed into a safe and reassuring team, who inspire and encourage one another in being the best version of themselves for the benefit of those we care for.
Main duties of the job
This is a challenging but exciting opportunity that will enable development in specific skills such leadership and communication. This opportunity will be perfect for someone who is looking to work in a rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
Under the direction of the Team Leader, you will provide comprehensive professional and effective leadership, as well as clinical advice and expertise. Working hours involve shifts, including some nights, weekends and bank holidays.
