Job summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to work for our HR team based in HatfieldWe are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and work to high personal standards, paying attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality. Ideally you will be someone who likes to work in an environment and can readily adapt to changing work priorities, ability to multi-task and work flexibly and professional with both external clients and service users.
We need someone with strong admin skills and Excel skills, and also if you have a knowledge of TRAC and ESR, that will be an added advantage.
Main duties of the job
RECRUITMENT
Provide a pro-active, professional, effective and efficient recruitment service, ensuring all Trust recruitment is carried out in accordance with agreed processes, schedules, legislative requirements and Trust policy.
Advise Trust Managers on specific employment legislation related torecruitment and selection and equal opportunities.
Deal with all aspects of the recruitment process including administering ourvacancies on an E-recruitment system (TRAC), overseeing response handling and ensuring that the Trust recruitment KPI's are met and exceeded.
Understand and manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring vacancies areadvertised appropriately and in a timely manner.
Ensure that all communication sent to applicants (offer letters and contacts of employment) and hiring managers is accurate and of a high standard and all pre-employment checks and clearances are obtained (eg. References, OHclearance, DBS, professional registration checks, right to work work etc) in line with NHS Check Standards.
Support with the recruitment of executive positions.
