Job summary
This vacancy is currently only open to internal applicants from Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are currently recruiting two Ward Clerk positions to join our friendly team on Ward 18 (General Surgical and Enhanced Care Ward).
One role is 16 hours Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 6.00pm and the other is 15 hours Friday and Saturday 8.00am - 4.00pm to provide clerical and administrative support on the ward, alongside the clinical staff.
Main duties of the job
To provide clerical support. To ensure the availability of accurate patient records and documentation as per Trust policies and procedures. To deal with patients, relatives and other members of the public politely and efficiently and ensure confidentiality and security of patient information as per Trust policy.
