The closing date is 01 May 2026

Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Maxillofacial Prosthetist to join our team. This senior role involves working both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred prosthetic and technical services across a broad range of complex cases. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical, technical, advisory, and scientific support to both patients and surgical colleagues across multiple hospital sites, including the opportunity to manage their own clinics and work directly with patients to deliver compassionate, individualised care.

We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in these areas who can contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of these services, taking a proactive role in innovation and service improvement.

The department is well positioned for further development, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to, and initiate, departmental research programmes. This includes advancing digital and CAD/CAM capabilities, ensuring they are fully integrated into clinical practice and continue to evolve in line with service needs. Throughout all aspects of the role, a strong commitment to delivering safe, effective, patient-focused care tailored to individual needs and experiences is essential.
