We're seeking a Head of Facilities who brings energy, expertise, and a commitment to creating safe, welcoming, high quality environments for patients, visitors, and staff. If you're motivated by delivering exceptional facilities services and shaping spaces that enable outstanding care, this role will inspire and challenge you.

The Head of Facilities provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Alexandra Hospital, and Kidderminster Hospital and Treatment Centre. You will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to make sure our facilities support high quality care and a positive workplace culture. You will take responsibility for managing budgets and contracts, driving value for money, and leading improvements that enhance service quality, sustainability, and resilience.

The role also plays a key part in supporting capital projects and refurbishment programmes, contributing to emergency planning and business continuity, and representing the Facilities function at Trustwide meetings and external inspections.
