We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in delivering the Trusts transformation and improvement agenda in alignment with organisational strategic priorities. The post holder will ensure that the Trust is in the best position to take advantage of business change and development opportunities which present themselves from both within and outside the organisation. You'll lead the development and quality assurance of a diverse range of complex business cases using the HM Treasury Five Case Model and best practice approaches. The role includes leading the development and implementation of a coordinated and consistent approach to business cases. A key focus will also be ensuring that benefits from a range of sources are maximised so that transformational changes are sustainable and good investment decisions are made.

Main duties of the job
-Providing expertise and lead on the development, quality assurance and submission of HM Treasury five case model business cases, ensuring that these align with the Trusts strategic priorities and that investment decisions are sound.
-Ensuring that there is a pipeline of pre-prepared capital business cases in HM Treasury Five Case Model format for submission externally, and that these are aligned to organisational strategy and priorities so that the Trust is placed to maximise funding opportunities.
-Being the trusts expert and single point of contact on all aspects of business case development, providing cross-organisational advice, support and training.
