The successful candidate will work as part of a team and practice autonomously to be responsible and accountable for safe, compassionate, person centred care.
The post holder will be managing a caseload of patients, both pre and post operatively. You will complete nurse led admission and discharge competencies, to provide a safe and efficient care environment for our patients.
You will be required to work flexibly within the team in a dynamic and changeable environment which can evolve throughout the day with competing demands and post operative requirements.
We want to find Nurses with excellent communication skills to link our team with the wider multidisciplinary services involved in our patient's pathway. We are looking for individuals who are not afraid to advocate for our patients and to build a rapport in a time where they can feel anxious and uncertain about their procedure.
