Job summary
There are three 12 month fixed term DQMS posts available within the OMFS Department. One being 0.55 WTE and two being 0.275 WTE.
During the period as post-holder you will be part of maxillofacial surgery on-call surgical team. Your responsibility will be to take acute referrals of patients with maxillofacial conditions and to look after the maxillofacial surgery inpatients. The hours of duty will include weekday and weekend night shifts 1900 0700 (nights) and 07.00 to 19.00 weekends (long days). A handover will be expected at the beginning and end of the shift.

- BDS or equivalent.
- Current Full GDC registration. BLS.
Desirable
- ALS Certification.
- MFDS or equivalent.
Teaching Experience

- Ability to organise and deliver teaching across the whole undergraduate curriculum.
- Experience of medical teaching.

- Experience of examining medical Undergraduates.
