We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Midwife to join our dedicated Antenatal Clinic team in Redditch. This is a part time role with 18.5 hours per week.
Following our most recent CQC inspection in October 2023, we are proud to have been rated "Good", a testament to the hard work and commitment of our staff.
As part of this supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to women and birthing people. We are passionate about building trusting relationships to ensure a positive and empowering maternity journey for all.

Main duties of the job
Main Duties of the Job As a member of our supportive multidisciplinary team, you will:

Deliver high-quality, personalised care to women and birthing people throughout their antenatal journey

Support the development of trusting relationships that promote informed choice and positive experiences

Contribute to service improvement and innovation within the clinic

Work collaboratively to ensure safe, compassionate, and inclusive maternity care
About You We are looking for a registered Midwife with:

A strong background in antenatal care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for supporting women, birthing people, and their families
