We have a 12-month secondment opportunity in our Organisational Development Team.

This role will help us deliver a portfolio of People & Culture projects - with a focus on Workforce Diversity, Inclusion and Staff Experience.
You will be a valued member of our small Organisational Development Team, working in a
supportive, creative and highly productive environment. You will be able to
flourish and gain valuable experience and exposure to some of the most exciting
People & Culture areas of work.
As you will be delivering a variety of people related projects,
this will include contributing to the development of policies and practices to
underpin improvement and facilitate new ways of working and culture change.
This could be a great opportunity for you to develop or maybe
refresh your Strategic OD/HR and Improvement skillset and experience. The ability to
appropriately challenge, communicate, coach and support others through change
is an essential part of this role. Even better if you have an understanding and experience of change management with teams.

Main duties of the job
To lead Workforce Diversity, Inclusion and Staff Experience projects to influence our organisational improvement agenda by contributing to deliver the outcomes in the Trusts People & Culture Strategy.
To work in a matrix management structure, delivering OD project work - managing associated colleagues and resources.
To be a subject matter expert responsible for diagnosing, guiding and leading on the development and implementation of OD projects/solutions/interventions.
To be responsible/contribute to the delivery of our Trust wide strategic objectives through coaching, educating and facilitating development interventions for leaders and teams at all levels within our Trust.
To confidently lead multiple projects, with a high level of discretion and work independently to achieve outcomes.

Provide OD/ Workforce Diversity, Inclusion and Staff
Experience
subject matter expert input into the implementation of our Trust strategy and
business plans, policies and decision-making to improve organisational health
and performance and to embed our Trust 4ward behaviours/Values.
Utilise and, where appropriate, develop a range of tools and methodologies that supportOD/ Workforce Diversity, Inclusion, and Staff Experienceand complement service improvement, embedding good practice across the Trust.

expert, provide specialist advice and guidance to managers and staff on appropriate

- Ability to analyse workforce data and advise managers on implications in respect of meeting workforce KPIs e.g. sickness absence, appraisal activity and vacancy reports.
- Ability to work under pressure including managing frequent interruptions.
- Ability to prioritise demanding workload and plan complex activities. Pro-active approach, using initiative and taking appropriate risks. Highly organised and able to use systems and processes to achieve efficiencies.
