An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an enthusiastic, well organised administrator to join the busy Learning & Development team at the Charles Hastings Education Centre on the Worcestershire Royal Hospital site.
To manage this very busy environment you will need to be flexible, with excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is at ease to talking to a wide range of staff groups, with an attention to detail. You will also have a willingness to learn, be caring and highly motivated and have excellent customer services skills.
Main duties of the job
A typical day will involve you responding to queries both by email and telephone, inputting into our learning management system, sending out joining instructions and attendance registers. Providing cover on our busy Education Centre reception desk.
