Job summary
The ability of the Trust to analyse and manage its clinical and business operations is fundamental to the Trust's ability to succeed. As Senior Performance and Information Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the unification of activity reporting across multiple electronic patient record systems to support Finance costing activities. The role is within the Business Analysis and Reporting team where knowledge and expertise from colleagues will be available to support your considerable technical skillset to successfully develop a structured data solution of the highest integrity.
Main duties of the job
- To develop accurate, consistent and regular activity data flows to support Finance costing programme, using advanced SQL skills to achieve this.
- Through collaboration with the Platform Development team, ensure data models are implemented effectively, with a view towards creating models that support self-service informatics.
- To liaise with Finance, Performance and Service colleagues to ensure alignment of data across all views.
- To ensure any changes to local and national guidance and ISNs are reflected appropriately in solutions delivered.
- To receive, analyse and communicate on a wide range of highly complex and sensitive information and data sets, including confidential patient level information.
- To ensure that procedures are correctly documented in a transparent manner.
