Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Community Psychiatric Nurse in the Brentwood Community Mental Health Team based at The Brentwood Resource Centre.
You will be employed as a Care Co-ordinator, within a Multi-Disciplinary Team, who work with patients with Severe and Enduring Mental Health Illness, including Dual Diagnosis, coupled with history of disengagement, non-compliance with treatment and revolving door admissions.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and suitably experienced Mental Health Nurse, who is flexible and able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
You will have experience of undertaking comprehensive assessments, including physical health care, health promotion, social inclusion and recovery
You should have experience of inter-agency working, be .competent in prioritising workload in a busy environment and have a proven ability to problem solve and deal with everyday practice issues.
