An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary/ Administrator to support the Heads of Service for the Adult Autism and ADHD services and the Psychology Learning Disabilities and Behavioural Therapy service and their respective teams.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to provide a full and confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Heads of Service and Team clinicians. The complexity of this role requires a high degree of organisational skills particularly in time management. The post holder will also be required to be a first point of contact for internal and external queries, answering them where possible and otherwise signposting them to the appropriate department.
