Job summary
You will be assisting the administration function in the inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Ward by supporting the clinical teams with audits, compliance delivery and minute taking for some of the patient clinical meetings. The role will also have an element of patient contact on the ward and being an active presence within the MDT for the young people.
You will have good organisational ability, strong IT skills and be flexible in their approach to supporting the service requirements. You will also be required to make some decisions on work matters where analysis of data is required. You will liaise with and work alongside clinical team members and support the administration requirements to deliver the pathways in CAMHS.
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective administrative support. You will demonstrate an enthusiasm for professional development and will be motivated to further your understanding and skills through various training opportunities
