Job summary
WECHS have an exciting opportunity for a part time ward clerk based within our Community In Patient setting at St Margaret's Hospital Epping. The role will be supporting the clinical team with all administrative tasks.
To be the first point of contact when entering the ward , welcoming staff , patients and visitors onto the ward environment.
Main duties of the job
The role requires a good all round administrator with excellent communication skills . The role requires the staff member to show compassion and empathy to our patients , staff and visitors as well as having a polite telephone manner. The role is a key part of the multi disciplinary team so a good team player is essential.
The workload will include scanning, photocopying, printing , ordering of stationery and general administrative tasks. You will also required to enter information onto the Clinical System.

Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.
