An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of a full time Registered Home Care Manager at Rawreth Court Nursing Home based in Rayleigh, Essex. This is a unique career opportunity to become a key member of the nursing team. You must be enthusiastic, motivated with good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You must be a team player and willing to go the extra mile for our residents care.
Applicants with at least 18 months Band 7 experience with evidence of older adult inpatient management experience is desirable.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be registered with the Care Quality Commission as the Registered Home Manager, responsible to the Service Manager of Older Adult Inpatient Services. As a Registered Home Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the Care Homes, providing leadership, supporting staff and working collaboratively with the lead General Practitioners, Consultant Psychiatrists, other grades of doctors, Allied Health professionals, Community Pharmacy Services and ICB to provide and deliver high quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met with available resource.
