Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Associate Practitioner/ Allied Health Professional position in our Mental Health Hospital Liaison Team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex. We are looking for a highly motivated, caring and forward thinking Band 4 practitioner who is committed, flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic. You must have a keen interest in liaising and collaborative working with system partners. You will participate and contribute in service development and play a key role in the accreditation of the service. You will also be part of our dynamic Mental Health Hospital Liaison Multidisciplinary Team and be instrumental in maintaining key links with our system partners.

Main duties of the job
For this post you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will be expected to support our patients and the team. As an Associate Practitioner, there would be an expectation to be involved in clinical work in order to ensure that the team continues to deliver a high standard of care. You will be expected to support the team in implementing effective changes within the team to ensure the service meets the Trust's objectives.
The post holder should work well under the overall supervision of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be required to undertake the duties of the post.
