Job summary

Would you like an opportunity to join our exciting and innovative Child & Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS)? Are you a hardworking and enthusiastic Team administrator? Do you care passionately about improving the lives of young people in City & Hackney?

We are looking for an experienced team administrator who has worked in a similar admin role. They will provide effective and efficient administration support to the Mental Health Support Team and Well-being and Mental Health in Schools Service and contribute to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning the service.

Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills including reaching A-Level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standards in English?

Are you extremely well organised and able to manage competing demands on your time in a calm manner?

Do you have previous professional experience in a comparable role and 2 years + in a professional environment?

Do you have experience of collating and analysing data to help to analyse performance and drive a change agenda?

Have you worked previously for the NHS and are you familiar with patient administration systems such as RIO and POD?

Main duties of the job

Based within a busy environment, the post holder will have responsibility for providing a confidential, professional, efficient, and responsive administrative support service including supporting the Clinical Team Leads, analysing data and helping to produce reports.

The post holder will need to be professional, well-organised, team orientated, experienced and highly motivated to join our multi-disciplinary team.

Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office applications and patient information systems (including RiO & POD).

The post holder will be supporting the Well-being and Mental Health in Schools Service (WAMHS) and Mental Health in Schools Team (MHST).
