Nursing Associate

The closing date is 13 December 2025

Job summary

Would you like to work for an Outstanding Trust that values its staff? Are you committed to the delivery of high quality patient care; and are you keen to be part of a friendly and progressive integrated community team where your ideas and opinions are valued? If so we would like to hear from you.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Nursing Associate to work within our Dunstable Primary Home Care Team. You will be based in Dunstable, however there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the community nursing setting, with the possibility of being supported to complete your Nursing qualification. You will have the opportunity to be involved in facilitating self-care for patients with long term conditions, health promotion and innovative activities and projects that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing.

Main duties of the job

We are committed to making a difference for our patients and there is a high focus on delivering quality outcomes and improving the patient experience. We offer excellent development opportunities and training that can be directed towards your needs/goals.

Experience in the field of adult community services is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.

About us

Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.
